For
secondary school age - Yr 7 - 11 (11 - 16 yr olds)
Not ALL eggs
are made of chocolate... just most of them!
Join us and celebrate by
creating a selection of Egg-citing Easter
treats! You'll be making 'Millionaire's' Easter Egg
desserts - think biscuit, caramel, cheesecake layers inside
chocolate egg shells... But first we'll teach you how to whip up a
perfect post-school snack, the classic 'Pain Perdu' - French toast
soaked in sweet (but not chocolate!) egg custard, golden-fried and
liberally dusted with cinnamon sugar. Yum!
What’s included:
All tuition, recipes and ingredients; you will be provided with an apron to wear and refreshments will be available throughout the session.

Really fun night, food was delicious and the host and helpers were fantastic. Will definitely be doing another class.
