In purchasing the following tickets you are agreeing to the below mentioned terms & conditions for our Tilbury Hotel Melbourne Cup event.
CONFIRMATION, PAYMENT & TICKETING
Full payment is required at the time of booking your tickets. Your event tickets will then be emailed to the provided email address. As the ticket booker, you are responsible for distributing all purchased tickets to your desired guests. Attendees will be required to show a physical or electronic ticket at entry to the event for scanning.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
No refunds will be given for change of mind or change of plans. If a whole event cancellation is required which is outside of the venue/guests control, the client will have the option of a 110% credited amount to be used within the venue within the following year or a full refund.
INSURANCE/DAMAGES
Our organization will take reasonable care, but will not accept responsibility for damage to or loss of items before, during or after a function. You are financially responsible for any loss or damage sustained to the premises or our property during the function or by your guests when entering or leaving the premises.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
In accordance with the NSW State Government Liquor Act 2007, The Tilbury reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude or remove any undesirable persons from the function or The Tilbury premises without liability. Management reserves the right to close the bar when it deems necessary.
OTHER
Any persons found to be using an illegitimate or fraudulent ticket/wristband will be ejected from the building immediately.
