Description
At the helm of Saint Peter is Josh Niland, the famed foodie with a passion for seafood and sustainability. The chef is known for taking aquatic offal and transforming it into something exquisite, be it John Dory liver-topped toast or fish skin crackling.
The light and airy venue only seats up to 22 diners at one time, with a 12-metre long counter allowing you to take in the view of the open-plan kitchen and see decadent dishes appear before their very own eyes. Menu highlights include hot smoked yellowfin tuna belly and salt and vinegar garfish, with regularly changing specials dependent on the daily catch.
For special occasions, there is an elegant five-course tasting menu with an optional drinks pairing. And if you want to recreate your favourite plates back at home? You can stock up on fresh seafood from Niland's fish butchery which is located just a short walk away.
