The Book Club Cabaret Presents Mary Shelley's Frankenstein

“Very Good Fun” ★ ★ ★ ★ The Telegraph
A monstrous new creation is coming to life amongst the lavish interiors of The Gore. A dazzling collaboration between stars from the worlds of cabaret, music, circus, and couture, Book Club Cabaret takes you on an immersive journey deep into the heart of Mary Shelley’s gothic masterpiece.
The evening begins with cocktails and an immersive adventure through the panelled rooms and twisting corridors of this iconic Victorian hotel. Then the multi-sensory story consumes you. You become a guest at Dr Frankenstein’s wedding feast – each of the six courses from Michelin-starred chef Daniel Galmiche working seamlessly with a dark whirlwind of theatre, dance, magic, and original music to tell an ageless tale of hate, desire, and fatal ambition.
With a welcome drink and a banquet included in the foundation ticket package, luxury is the order of the day for every guest – but should you wish to amp up the opulence there are three further ticket tiers, each offering an outrageous new level of indulgence. Wine pairings, bespoke poetry, private seating – meet the cast, have your portrait painted, take a ride in a vintage Rolls-Royce, or even sweep into the evening in a horse-drawn carriage – nothing is too much. Nothing is too decadent. Nothing is forbidden at the Book Club Cabaret.
Immersive Experience: From 6:30pm
Dinner & Show: 8:00 - 10:00pm
To ensure the quality of the experience there is a strict limit to the guest list each night.
Group buy-outs are available.
