featuring a menu brimming with hearty classics and creative twists,
the return of Pipe Major Iain Raymond, and a rousing address of the

Pipe Major Iain Raymond is a master bagpiper who
has brought the spirit of Burns Night to life for years, including
the last two celebrations at the Red Lion. His talent has also
graced productions like Call the Midwife’s 2019 Christmas Special
and the James Bond film The World is Not Enough.
On the menu, you’ll find starters like smoky
Cullen Skink and tender Whisky-Glazed Pork Belly, alongside
delicacies such as Whisky-Cured Scottish Salmon. For mains, the
traditional Haggis, Neeps & Tatties takes pride of place, with a
vegan twist available too. Try our indulgent Haggis Wellington,
tender Highland Whisky Glazed Chicken, or hearty Beef, Stout &
Whisky Pie. And don’t miss the chef’s special: Scottish Mussels in
a white wine sauce.
