Description
The restaurant in the historic town of Bury St Edmunds, located in Suffolk, England, provides its visitors with an enriching combination of history, architecture, and culture, while maintaining a modern element.
Byron Bury St Edmunds combines industrial and rustic elements with a modern touch, featuring exposed brick walls, wooden tables, and bright, contemporary lighting, catering for more intimate spaces or larger groups.
Byron was established in 2007, inspired by the founder’s trip to the USA and has remained dedicated to transforming the burger scene and providing indulgent and satisfying burgers in the UK.
Sourcing their beef in the Southwest of England, Byron works with Alden's, an Oxford-based family-run butcher since 1793, using selected cuts of Brisket, Chuck, and Rip Cap, which are dry aged to bring out a deeper meatier flavour to create their signature Byron beef patties. Paired with wings, tenders, tots, mac ‘n’ cheese, and shakes, Byron creates the ultimate dining experience, reminiscent of the founder’s earlier trip to USA.
