Our newly revived historic grade II listed hotel, bar and restaurant has been designed with a contemporary and rustic charm. Situated in the Cotswold market town of Stroud and conveniently located opposite the Railway Station just 1.5 hours from London’s Paddington. For the local community to come together and for those visiting we are Your Cotswold Home.
Our 24 bedrooms include cosy rooms, deluxe rooms, suites, family rooms and dog friendly rooms, ideal for both short and long stays. All designed with a contemporary yet rustic look and with your comfort in mind. Stay with us and explore all that the Cotswolds has to offer.
Whether you’re popping in for a drink, light lunch or 3 course meal and for everything in between we have you covered. Choose between the Bucknall Bar and Restaurant or for a more intimate setting we have the Snug and Lounge available. Our chef’s table is ideal for that special occasion with its own menu created for you and your guests to share a feast.
Host any occasion with us in our function room, ideal for weddings, parties and events. We have a choice of set menus available for dining, or the option of just drinks - so whatever the occasion we will adapt the space especially for you. This versatile space comes with its own bar for sole use of your guests.
