Description
Tucked away in 300 acres of parkland on the outskirts of Harrogate is Rudding Park. From the pool and 18-hole golf course to manicured gardens and beautiful interiors, this swanky spot couldn't possibly house a top restaurant too, right? Wrong.
Horto boasts a fun social vibe, alongside small plates and sharing dishes - think everything from pulled Moroccan lamb flatbreads with harissa yoghurt and a poached egg at breakfast, to pig cheek and cheddar croquettes alongside roasted hispi cabbage across all-day or dinner menus. This is a stylish space with a south-facing terrace for plenty of sunshine in the daytime, while lights dim to change the ambience for evening service.
