Christmas Party Nights 2024 Terms and Conditions

All bookings are to be made via the relevant Tonic Booking Tab. All bookings made are provisional until the Healing Manor Events team call to secure your tickets with a deposit of £20.00 per person. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Final numbers must be confirmed one month in advance.
Final balances are due one month before the event date.
For any last-minute bookings that are made less than one month before the event date, full payment is required upon booking.
Bookings are to be made by one nominated party organiser. All food choices, drinks packages, amendments and deposits are to be arranged through this person.
Notification of all food choices and dietary requirements are due no later than 21 days before the event, along with final balances. These are to be in writing with the pre-order form provided. If these are not received in the time frame stated, menu choices will default to; soup, turkey, brownie unless there are any dietary requirements such as vegan/vegetarian etc.
Pre-orders cannot be accepted over the phone and must be made via the pre-order form provided.
Drinks packages can be pre-ordered up to ten days before the event date.
Only alcohol bought from Healing Manor Hotel may be consumed on site. Any other alcohol found will be confiscated and you may be asked to leave the venue.
The bar will close for last orders at 11:45pm, with the Event finishing at 00:00.
Healing Manor Hotel reserves the right to close the bar at any time, or refuse service if there is sufficient reason to do so.
Any damage caused to the hotel or bedroom will be chargeable at the manager’s discretion.
No open bars/tabs/room transfers are allowed unless a card has been provided in writing. For large bookings, a signature will be required.
Whilst we try our best to accommodate requests, table sizes and their location will be planned to support the function and comply with health and safety.
Arrival for those not staying overnight is at 7pm, with guests called to be seated no later than 7.30pm. Carriages at midnight.
For overnight guests, check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am the following day. Breakfast is served from 8am-10am and your table must be pre-booked on check-in.
