The newest of all The Botanist’s UK venues, this Sunderland restaurant and bar is perfect for romantic date nights, chilled drinks with friends or a cracking Sunday dinner. Thanks to plant-filled interiors and pretty lighting, this is definitely an Insta-worthy spot too. 

Located in Keel Square, The Botanist Sunderland will be whipping up signature cocktails from behind the bar, including Hawaiian rum punch and the garden mojito. The food options are equally impressive, from juicy burgers to katsu curry, and of course their famous hanging kebabs. And did we mention bottomless brunch? 

There’s indoor and outdoor dining options at this beaut destination, and you can expect regular live music as well. What’s more, their private spaces are ideal for corporate lunch meetings, Christmas parties, birthdays or any other special event. So whatever the occasion, The Botanist does not disappoint.
