Boasting an AA one Rosette for Culinary Excellence, The Leopard Bar and Restaurant wows guests and locals with locally sourced seafood in opulent surroundings. Dishes are wholesome and imaginative and combine the talents of Head Chef Richard Frankham and coveted recipes of Beatrice Tollman, President, and Founder of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection.

With the stunning seaside backdrop, the Duke of Richmond offers all-day dining. Start the day with a hearty breakfast, enjoy lunch on the terrace (weather permitting), savour a decadent afternoon tea with friends and family and enjoy a delicious evening meal.  Children's Menus are available.

Enjoy a three-course Sunday lunch, the perfect way to dine with loved ones.

Each week, enjoy the Chef's roast of the day as well as pescetarian/vegetarian options.

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon Tea remains one of life’s great traditions and The Duke of Richmond's Afternoon Tea menu naturally includes the classic Afternoon Tea served with a selection of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with Guernsey cream and preserves, and tea pastries. Accompanied by your choice of traditional, flavoured, aromatic, fruit and green teas, and perhaps a glass of Champagne, Afternoon Tea is a true indulgence. Vegan, gluten-free and Vegetarian menus are available. Afternoon Tea is available for £37 per person. 

 

Champagne Afternoon Tea
Add extra sparkle to the occasion and enjoy a glass of the Duke of Richmond Guy Cadel Champagne, specially chosen to complement your Afternoon Tea. It is served with freshly made sandwiches, home-baked pastries and scones with Guernsey clotted cream, accompanied by a tea of your choice.

The Duke of Richmond Afternoon Teas can be made Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten-Free, just let us know when booking. It is advisable to reserve a table.

Bottomless Afternoon Tea
Elevate your Afternoon Tea experience with a Bottomless Afternoon Tea. Enjoy a delicious selection of indulgent pastries and dainty cakes alongside top-ups of your chosen drink.

Bottomless afternoon tea: £72 pp with Prosecco, Grillo vegan wine, or non-alcoholic; or £137 pp with Champagne

Bottomless drinks cannot be shared amongst the party. Only guests ordering the bottomless will receive the drink top-up.

 

Pre-theatre dining/ Chef Selects Menu

Enjoy a pre-theatre meal before embarking to see a show. Choose from either two or three courses.

Explore the wonderful world of gin as we take you on a gin safari. Join us for a gin-tasting journey with a difference. You'll hunt down rare botanicals, discover exotic flavours and then utilise them in your very own bespoke brew. We have four gin safaris waiting to be discovered, each encompassing three gins from across the world to be enjoyed with accompanying light bites. Price: From £55 per person

 

COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS
Master the art of cocktail making with our Cocktail Making Masterclass, led by our very own expert Bartenders. As you learn the very best techniques, so too will you have the chance to indulge in your favourite drinks. From mojitos to cosmopolitans, each guest will learn to perfect two classic cocktails. Price: £40 per person

 

WINE TASTING
Embark on a wine-tasting journey with a Wine Tasting experience at The Duke of Richmond. With two experiences available, enjoy either a selection of three wines carefully chosen by our bartender for £55 or opt for three wines from our vineyard in South Africa, Bouchard Finlayson (£65 per person). A selection of antipasti will offer the perfect complement to your tasting journey. Price: £55 per person or £65 per person
