Campfire Events presents a weekend festival of open fire cooking, cocktails, craft beer and music with camping set amongst magical grounds of the Sherwood Glade set on the fringes of Nottingham 

Our chefs have created a menu of the finest local produce prepared in a blend of traditional and indigenous cooking techniques all over wood fired, open flames.

Whats Included?

TABLE TICKET 

The ticket includes a set menu for 4 or 6 guests with beautifully crafted wood fired dishes from a wide menu including desserts from our team of open fire chefs with full table service in under the tipi tent.

All seasonal ingredients are selected right before the event which will include incredible dishes such as lamb barbacoa, smoked pork belly and BBQ smoked vegetables.  We also offer a full vegetarian or vegan menu option. 

DAY TICKET 

Join us for a daytime casual dining experience in the heart of the Sherwood Glade with access from 12 noon until 5pm and includes a wood fired meal and all of the listed entertainment

We encourage a casual dining experience where you pick your dishes as you gather around the campfire and to enjoy the music.

Entertainment

We have DJs to entertain you throughout the day and as the sun sets around us we will enjoy campfire side live music sets under the canopy and stars creating an intimate festival experience beside our campfires. 

Craft Beer & Cocktail Bar 

Our bartenders have created a unique cocktail menu made using foraged ingredients served alongside craft beers & ciders, a Vedett Belgium beer bar, natural & local wines and champagne served throughout the day from our pallet wood bars - this is a cashless / card only bar facility. 

FAQs

Is there car parking?

Car parking is limited and must be booked in advance when purchasing your ticket and a charge of £5.

What is accessibility like?

We have made the t event as accessible as possible however the ground is not completely flat as is the nature of a woodland. 

Accessible toilet facilities are provided. The bar, food vendors and seating areas are all outside. 

Please contact us if you have any specific concerns.

Are children allowed?

Children are allowed to attend the day session with a ticket however please be aware that alcohol will be on sale at the on site bar. Children under 2 go free. 

Are dogs allow

Well-behaved dogs are allowed during the day ticket session only; however, they must be kept on a lead at all times and not allowed to eat any wild vegetation in the woodland. Please also ensure you clean up after your dog.

What are the group sizes allowed?

Bookings should be made within the parameters of the government guidance at the time of the event. 

What do I need to bring anything?

For day ticket holders you may want to bring a blanket to sit on the grass - for comfort.

There will be a picnic table/benches but these will be on a first come first serve basis.  

As you're in the woodland, if you're prone to insect bites, bring some spray for your skin so you can enjoy your time without worrying about bites. 

Prepare for the weather, come rain or shine. 

Table Tickets have allocated tables within the tipi tent.

Do I need to book?

Tickets and car parking MUST be purchased in advance. Tickets will be on sale until the point they sell out.

What drinks will be served?

We will have 2 bars on site serving a selection of local beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks. 

RESTRICTIONS

You are not permitted to bring alcohol on-site although of course feel free to bring water. We have a fully stocked and licensed bar serving all the alcoholic beverages and soft drinks your require.

Please do not wander onto neighbouring land, follow the white arrows on the trees and do not stray off the trodden paths due to nettles, brambles, eye level branches and rabbit warren holes etc.

We cannot allocate any car parking spaces to those who have not purchased a car parking ticket in advance.

Waiver

By purchasing a ticket you agree to your image being used on any picture or video that may be published on social media by any of the affiliated businesses.

We cannot be held responsible for missed time slots for entering the festival at the allocated time on your ticket or the activities that take place during the festival. However we will do our best to help accommodate. Any visitor who attends outside the hours on their ticket may be turned away due to the restricted food service schedules.  

We cannot accept any refunds requested less than 1 week before the event. This is due to our restricted capacity and high demand in tickets. Any refunds accepted will be paid as soon as possible after the event date. This is due to DMN not releasing monies until after the event.
