Feast Event Terms Conditions Feast Experiences Feast Pop-Ups including Feast on Cloud 9, Feast Over Flame, Feast Over Game

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and the event management team. Please ensure you arrive no later than ten minutes before your event start time. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals and tickets are not transferable.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
5. Our experiences start promptly at the time listed on your ticket. Tickets can’t be moved or refunded for late arrivals.
6. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
7. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
8. In the event of adverse weather, guests may be required to dine in an alternative ‘wet-weather venue’ setting for the purpose of both comfort and health safety. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase due to inclement weather.
9. When dining at a Feast experience you agree that our event may be photographed and recorded, and that this may be used in any manner or media, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion. This media remains the sole ownership of Feast Events.
10. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, TicketTailor or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
11. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy, smoking areas are available outside the venue. Please check with event management if you are unsure of permitted smoking areas.
12. All of our venues operate CCTV.
13. We recommend participants wear appropriate clothing and suitable footwear for an outdoor venue.
14. The promoter, venue management and TicketTailor accept no responsibility for any personal property.
15. All special dietary requirements and/or allergies must be confirmed by the guests to the event management team prior to arrival for your Feast experience. We cannot guarantee availability to change the menu or food offering without prior knowledge at least 48 hours before your experience starts. Refunds are not available for guests unable to partake in the experience due to conflicting dietary requirements that have not been stated and agreed with event management prior to arrival.
16. Guests attending a Feast experience with Children take full responsibility for the safety and behaviour of their children for the duration of the experience.
17. Guests booking a Feast experience will be automatically added to both Feast and the respective venue’s mailing list to receive updates about future events and ticket availability. Any guests who do not wish to join the mailing list should email info@feast-events.com with this request.
18. As an outdoor dining experience we are open in all weather. However, we are all aware of the unpredictability of the British climate so please check the forecast before you travel and dress accordingly. Just like soaring in hot air balloons, you cannot fly in the rain. In the event of inclement weather, we have you covered. The sitting will continue to take place; moving into our secret covered dining area, to an experience that will still send your taste buds to the same culinary heights. Due to this all tickets to travel with us during your Feast on Cloud 9 experience are non refundable.
