The Brewery Tour includes:

- A guided tour, including a run-through of the process with an experienced member of the team;

- a glass of cask beer, fresh from our cold store;

- a glass of keg beer 'at zero steps', i.e. fresh out of the conditioning tank in the brew house;

- a taster of our whisky-barrel-aged XXXK Vintage Ale, bottle conditioning since 2019;

- 10% off on the day on all takeaway beer;

- a Wimbledon glass to take away.

Brewery Tour Health & Safety Information

Your personal tour guide will take you around our Brewery where you will experience the sights, sounds and smells of brewing here at Wimbledon Brewery. The tour takes up to an hour during which time you’ll be able to taste cask and keg beers. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the event – we cannot wait for you.

We recommend sensible footwear. Open toes including flip flops or stilettos are NOT permitted in the brewery. Regrettably, the Brewery Tour itself is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or children under the age of 12 (this includes babes in arms) as there are narrow walkways and steep stairs to negotiate; the outside Bar and Brewery Shop including accessible lavatories are easily accessible for all.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

We are understandably proud that our brewery is still a busy, operational environment and we think that makes it all the more interesting for you to have a closer look. As our guests we want you to be able to see us in action but that does mean there are a few instructions that, for your own safety, must be adhered to. Please read on and, if you are unsure of any of the conditions below, do not hesitate to ask for clarification.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate people with mobility problems or balance issues, including the use of walking sticks due to open grated flooring which is not a safe surface. Our Brew house has narrow walkways, open grating and steep steps. If you are unsure, please discuss this with our Visitor Centre staff in advance and they will be more than happy to advise you.

It is also not a safe environment for babies or children under 12. Young adults over 12 are permitted but they must be accompanied by an adult, and while we cannot allow them to taste the beer, soft drinks are available.

Whilst we want you to get close to the action, we must insist that you do not touch, interfere or remove anything unless you have been given express permission to do so by your guide. This is because some pieces of machinery may move unexpectedly and some surfaces may be hot.

Please remain together with the guide at all times. If you feel unwell or that you are unable to complete the tour, just tell the guide immediately and they will arrange for your safe return to the Brewery Entrance – this includes stopping to take phone calls which may cause you to be left behind by the group.

The brew house is classed as a food production environment and you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire in advance of the Brewery tour. In accordance with the law ours is a non-smoking site, this includes e-cigarettes. Additionally, for obvious reasons, we cannot allow people to participate on the tour if they are under the influence of drugs, including alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse admittance or curtail tours in the interest of your safety, the safety our own employees or the integrity of our product.

Terms and Conditions

Vouchers are only valid for the experience listed above. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. And are subject to availability. Vouchers can only be redeemed once.

Once a tour is booked, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to change your booking date. Once booked your voucher is non-refundable.

Your safety is important to us. We hope you enjoy your visit!
