Whats included:

This ticket is valid for one entry to the Teesside Wellness Festival at The Parkmore Hotel on the 15th September 2024. The event will run from 10am till 3pm. 

Including all yoga classes, pilates, tai chi, breath work workshop, a sound bath and wellness speaker workshops.

These classes and workshops will run concurrently which means that two activities will be running at the same time. Exercise classes will run one after another, while the workshops are running alongside. Please arrive on time for the activities you wish to partake in and be mindful of others' personal space. 

A buffet-style lunch, teas, coffees, infused waters and a complimentary goodie bag of offers are also included in the ticket price. 

Local traders will also be at the festival. These are independent from The Parkmore and their products or services are not included in the ticket price.
