Dive into the basics of hot sauce with our chef! Learn about the history of the Scoville heat scale and impress your friends with your new-gained chili knowledge. In your personal laboratory station you can mix our different hot sauces to find your perfect combo - take home a bottle of your favourite. And what's even better: you'll be able to order more when you run out or when you need a present for your spice-affine friends. And you can tell everyone that you made it! There'll be little snacks to help you taste test and cleanse your palate and if you wish to, our bartender will be happy to make you and your friends more cocktails once our one complimentary margarita has whetted your appetite.

How to redeem

Please head over to the relevant event to redeem your voucher and secure your place in one of our Hot Sauce 101 Classes. Please notify the restaurant of any allergies you may have in advance. The ticket includes one complimentary margarita with the option to purchase more at the bar on the night. If you would prefer a non-alcoholic alternative, please don't hesitate to say so.
