Become a distiller and create your own bespoke gin at our gin school.



Gin School

  • Roundhouse gin and tonic on arrival 
  • Make your own bespoke bottle of gin (35cl) and take it home!
  • Freshly baked sourdough pizza
  • The history of gin 

With the aid of our miniature copper pot stills, we will take you on a journey through the distilling process.

With our guidance you will create a bespoke recipe that you will then bottle & label, ready to take home & share with your friends and family... or just keep for yourself!

For the shared experience guests work together to pick their botanicals and create their own gin on a shared still. Each guest gets to enjoy their own G&T, pizza and an individual bottle of gin.
