  • Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.

  2. Partial Redemption & Balance:

  • If the total bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
  • If the purchase amount is less than the voucher value, any remaining balance will be retained on the voucher for future use within the validity period.


Lost or Stolen Vouchers:


  • Coyote Ugly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
  • Lost vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.


Non-refundable:


  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for discounts, promotions, or special offers unless specified.


Alcohol and Age Restrictions:
