This well-being voucher includes a 60 min session for one for a Sound Bath Experience in Central London.

Sessions are run with a maximum of 15 participants. It includes:
- Stepping into our biggest singing bowl and connect with the earth's energies, feeling the vibrations from the feet, all the way up your spine.
- A calming guided relaxation to prepare the mind and body, using body scan meditation, breathing and listening techniques.
- Deep relaxation surrounded by the enchanting sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and tingshas. The vibrations of these unique metallic instruments washes away your stress and worries.
- Sensations of direct vibrations and their profound benefits for your well-being.
- Duration: 1hour.
All our sessions are held in our London studio in Warren Street (W1T 5LH).
After the purchase, you will receive a digital version of your voucher that can be used up to one year after purchase.
