Yakinori Sushi School

If you fancy getting stuck into a cooking class this May, then be sure to check out Yakinori Sushi School. You'll learn everything from knife skills to rolling techniques at these sessions, which take place every second Thursday, before creating your own salmon nigiri, California rolls and cucumber maki, with vegan options available too. You'll also receive a complimentary drink on arrival and sake to finish, as well as nibbles like grilled chicken gyozas and tempura prawns.

The Reggae Brunch Birmingham

The Reggae Brunch are bringing two fantastic events to Birmingham this May, bringing carnival vibes to Zumhof in Digbeth.
