Having opened just in time for Mardi Gras, Bar Gumbo is an ode to New Orleans. A banging roster of live jazz, blues and soul with make Gumbo a lively venue for a great night out. Bayou surroundings in this West End bar include swampy plants and shack-style features, while the jazz club element means exposed brickwork and vinyls. With a host of sensational Southern food and toxic cocktails on offer, you won't get Gaterade quite like this anywhere else in Glasgow.
