Chaophraya Glasgow is a Thai dining experience set in a stunning rooftop space with views over the city. Known for its luxurious interiors, authentic flavours, and creative Thai dishes, it's the perfect place for a breakfast that goes beyond the ordinary.
Their breakfast menu blends classic morning staples like mango granola bowls, maple bacon buttermilk pancakes and Thai twists on classics like smashed Thai avocado or Khai Krata fried eggs with Thai sausages.
Part of the Carlton George hotel, Windows Restaurant is a seventh-floor rooftop that looks out over the city centre. Open from 7am on weekdays, and 7.30am on weekends, this is a great choice for early morning eats, and there's even an outdoor terrace for the summer months.
