Glasgow is very, very good at live music. Responsible for decades worth of hugely influential bands, DJs and musicians and an ever-relevant musical output, it's hardly surprising that our fair city draws in thousands of music lovers year on year. Our venue offering isn't half bad either.
This May Bank Holiday weekend sees the return of Stag & Dagger Festival, a days worth of musical happenings across six of Glasgow's top venues. Entering it's sixth year in Glasgow, music lovers are able to buy a single ticket to the festival, which will allow access to shows across the city: catch the action at Broadcast, O2 ABC, The Art School, CCA and Nice 'N' Sleazy.
Albert Hammond Jr. of The Strokes headlines this year's festival, with further performances from The Hold Steady, Jagwar Ma, Johnny Flynn, Jungle, Royal Blood, Los Campesinos and East India Youth.
Stag & Dagger Festival takes place on Sunday 4th May 2014, and tickets are priced at £22.50 a pop.
