Description
Master and Servant is an exciting bar and restaurant in Hoxton square. This British-American grill restaurant features delights from the charcoal grill. The venue is the first solo venture of Matt Edwards, who has previously worked at: St. John Hotel and Hix, Soho London so the food on offer is a force to be reckoned with in the Hoxton bar-restaurant collective.
There is an impressive wine list, consisting of 40 predominantly continental wines (starting at £19). Vintage wines are available at reduced prices, including beautiful white Burgundys such as Montrachets. If wines are not your thing, delicious cocktails are available, courtesy of their neighbours at Happiness Forgets. The bar delivers brilliantly made and original cocktails such as the Perfect Storm, Ward Eight, Tantris Sidecar, or Eastside Fizz. The venue's design is based on a traditional New York bar/restaurant so expect exposed brick walls, distressed oak floors and wooden furniture.
