ArrosQD: Mushroom Ragout
Designed by Spanish interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, ArrosQD has some of the most luxurious decor around, with opulent eats to match. It's also the only restaurant in the UK to have been given the Cullera de Fusta award, for the highest level of commitment to gastronomic Valencian culture. They've got two delicious dishes to give you your fix of truffle, the first being a wild forest mushroom ragout over a roasted aubergine - mixed with truffle puree. The second is a mushroom rice dish, topped with truffle cream.
