Gin Mare is teaming up with Ruby Violet Parlour for a gin and tonic ice cream stand at The Hoxton in Shoreditch.
Every year summer comes round and every year we're left with the same conundrum, how can we combine our two favourite things - gin and ice cream? Step aside, people, because 2017 is a year of answers, a year of do-ers as renowned brand Gin Mare team up with organic ice cream parlour Ruby Violet to bring you three days of gin and tonic ice cream. As part of World Gin Day 2017, the pair will be heading to The Hoxton Hotel in Shoreditch for a stand that will serve special gin cocktails for £5 accompanied by a free scoop of the special ice cream - yes, you read that right, FREE GIN AND TONIC ICE CREAM.
