There's plenty to do, from crafty workshops to independent market stalls selling dog-related goods, and you'll even get a chance to have your photo taken with Santa Paws.

You can also enter your pooch in all sorts of quirky competitions, from the most talented to the best Christmas jumper, and connect with other dog owners in the area while you're here. What's more, £1 from every ticket sold goes towards Jai Dog Rescue.

Boogie Shoes Silent Disco Walking Tours

Taking place at Haymarket Hotel near Piccadilly Circus this November, children's authors Lauren Child and Cariad Lloyd are hosting a festive book talk. They'll be discussing their latest books, Clarice Bean: Think Like an Elf and The Christmas Wish-tastrophe, with a Q and A to follow.

Kids' tickets cost just £15 each, including hot chocolate and cookies. What's more, accompanying adults can enjoy mulled wine, tea and coffee.
