Last night our resident Drinks Enthusiast was part of the team opening this weekend's Drinks Emporium. With loads of our favourite venues taking part in this pop-up weekend, we headed down to see if they had managed to transform Manchester's Corn Exchange into a place fitting enough to showcase just a portion of our famous and diverse drinks scene.

The main attraction amongst the host of bars involved in the event is the Spirit Emporium, which is open 5-9pm Friday night and 1-6pm on Saturday and Sunday, where you can meet our very own Drinks Enthusiast to learn about and try some of the amazing spirits he talks about in his column.
With Rosylee Tea Rooms, Kro and The Blue Pig amongst the bars hidden among the retail space, and XFM providing the tunes, this is the perfect place this weekend to try and buy a diverse selection of spirits in a completely unique one off setting! Don't miss out.
