Our other recommendation? The Keem Per Eedu of spicy chicken keema, chicken liver, fried eggs and sali crisp-chips, served alongside homemade buns.

Having made its way up to Manchester from the TV chef's famous London outpost, Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay has quickly become a staple for pan-Asian dining in our city. Served 12 to 4pm on Saturdays and costing £55 per person, brunch includes four courses ranging from omakase sushi to duck leg bao, fried chicken, and a choice of mains like Colombo spiced monkfish or baby chicken teriyaki. Add on prosecco for £40 each in your 90-minute sitting too.
